Recurring mowing & edging
Mowing, string trimming, edging and blow-off cleanup on every visit.
For homeowners
Come home to a lawn that’s mowed, edged and cleaned up — every time — without giving up your weekend to do it.
Keeping a lawn looking good in Chattanooga isn’t a one-afternoon job. From early spring through fall, grass grows fast in our warm, humid weather, and a yard that slips for two weeks shows it. Our residential service keeps your lawn on a steady schedule so it always looks cared-for — whether you’re home to see it or not.
Every visit covers the work that makes a lawn look finished, not just cut:
Add hedge and shrub trimming or bed maintenance when you need it, and the whole yard stays in step.
Plans that fit
Our standard through the main growing season, roughly mid-March through October. The best way to keep grass healthy, even and never shaggy.
A lighter schedule for slower-growing or lower-traffic lawns, available throughout the cutting season.
One-time or occasional cuts — before a party, after a trip, or while you’re getting a house ready to list.
Why it matters
Mowing often enough that each cut removes only a small part of the blade is easier on the grass than letting it get tall and cutting it way back — scalping a lawn weakens it and leaves room for weeds. Matching the height to your grass matters too: a shady tall fescue lawn and a sunny bermudagrass lawn want very different settings. Our Chattanooga lawn care guide explains why. And a neatly edged, trimmed lawn simply makes a house look better — which matters every day you pull into the driveway, and even more if you ever plan to sell.
We also understand that homes around here come in all shapes: older neighborhoods with big shade trees, newer subdivisions with young sod, and hillside lots where a push mower is no fun at all. We’ve worked on all kinds of lawns and plan each one on its own terms.
Homeowner questions
It depends on the size of the grounds and how much you want done. A small, flat front yard that only needs mowing is a very different job from a large lot with slopes, beds and hedges. Instead of guessing with a one-size price, we learn about your property and give you an estimate for it. See what affects the cost of lawn care.
Yes. Tell us about your property through the estimate form or call 423-475-1731, and we’ll follow up to talk it through.
It depends on the grass. Bermudagrass and zoysiagrass — common in sunny Chattanooga yards — are mowed lower, while tall fescue, which often fills shady yards, is kept noticeably taller. Either way we follow the “one-third rule”: never remove more than about a third of the grass blade in one mow. Scalping a lawn stresses it and invites weeds, so we don’t. Our Chattanooga lawn care guide explains more.
It helps to let us know about gate codes or locks, pets that will be in the yard, and anything fragile or hidden in the grass, like low sprinkler heads or landscape lighting. Just add it to the notes when you request an estimate.
Tell us. If there’s something you’d like done differently, we’re happy to fix it — that’s part of how we work.
